"Use Existing Picture" error

When selecting Add Picture button and then Use Existing Picture, whether a picture is already there or not, it will still show the same error message which says- "Error: 'Image' object has no attribute 'text'"

If I select Refresh Now or click the X to close the message, it takes me back to the Recent Instructions page.
