When you open Opus●Guide for the first time, your desktop will be fairly empty:

Navigation Bar

• Home: this is your default view. Clicking on Home from any other part of Opus●Guide will bring you right back to your home screen.
• Instructions: here you can find all the instructions you have created.
• All content: this will take you to all your content (instructions and legacy processes) which you can easily structure using folders.
• Team: depending on your Opus●Guide license, Team is where you can create organizations and teams as well as invite others to view and/or edit instructions.

Getting Started Box

Here you will find some recommended actions to take:

• Install the browser extension: one easy way to create instructions is to record yourself walking through them step-by-step. Our Chrome extension will make that simple for you. Clicking the red "Extension" button will take you to the Chrome store to download our extension.
• Create an instruction with AI: an easy way to get our GPT-instruction to create your instructions for you. Give it a try!
• Invite your team: this will take you to "Team" where you can invite others to view and or edit your instructions, depending on your license.
