To start sharing instructions beyond just sending a link, you need to set up an organization. Simply select Team in the sidebar and choose Create New Organization. A typical name would be the association or company or the project you will use OpusβGuide for. This feature will only be enabled if your license tier includes Team functionality.
Once the organization is set up, simply invite team members, either as viewers or editors. Within this organization, all instructions will be visible to all team members. To structure and limit the access to subsets of instructions, start using Teams. Set up a team and assign members to one or multiple teams. You can now share your instructions with one or multiple teams and the members of these teams will only see the instructions for the teams they are part of.
Jane has been freelancing as consultant for digital marketing. She has a part-time assistant, Will, working with her remotely. In this case, Jane will likely just set up an organization and add Will as team member, either as viewer or editor. Probably Jane does not need to set up teams as well.
Wayne's company offers prospecting services to his clients and employs about 50 staff. Over time, his instructions have become quite numerous (100+) and the team loses time looking for any particular instruction. So he decides to set-up three teams ("Agents", "Admin" and "Coaches") and to assign only the relevant instructions to each of the teams. As a result, productivity in his company increases.
