Personal Space and/or Organization

The Personal Space is your default workspace where you can create and view your instructions.

If your Opus●Guide license gives you access to Team features, you will be able to create one or multiple Organizations. This will be useful if you are a consultant for multiple clients or use Opus●Guide across multiple companies or organizations. These organizations are a separate environment from your personal space - any instructions you create within an organization will be confined to that organization and not show up under your personal space and vice versa.

If you are working within an organization, you can return to your personal space anytime by clicking "Return to Personal Space" in the top right corner.
