To start sharing instructions beyond just sending a link, you need to set up an organization. Simply select Team in the sidebar and choose Create New Organization. This will be the basis for all advanced collaboration features in Team.
Once your organization is set up, you can start inviting team members in different roles and assign them to different teams. The team membership will determine which instructions a member can see or edit. You can assign both instructions and members to multiple teams.
