Creating Instructions with AI

Not all of your processes will be proprietary to your company or organization. Items like opening user or bank accounts and others are part of the public knowledge. Create with AI is a great way of saving time documenting these instructions. Either from the "Getting Started" section of your home screen or the "Instructions" and "All Content" section in the navigation bar select Create with AI. A prompt window will open.

As detailed as necessary describe what you want to document and hit Create - our GPT 4o integration will do the work for you (give it a second or two, GPT can be busy counting the letter "r" in the word "strawberry").

A word of caution: despite all the progress generative AI has made recently, we recommend you review the created instruction to ensure accuracy of content.
